About printing: print-ready artwork is included. We can help prepare the first online order. Printing and delivery are charged by the chosen supplier at its quoted cost.
Optional extras
If you need one of these, it appears on the agreed quote before work begins. If you do not need it, you do not pay for it.
Changes after launch are billed in 30-minute blocks. Any external subscription or provider fee is shown separately and approved before purchase.
After launch
The annual care plan is optional. Keep the website with Avocado Signal and we will look after the technical side, or take the finished site elsewhere. There is no cancellation penalty and no hostage situation involving your domain.
Hosting and care
Domain: paid directly by you at the registrar’s actual price. It remains in your name.
The arrangement
50% books the project. The remaining 50% is due when the agreed website is approved and ready to launch.
Once the final invoice is paid, the finished website and its content belong to you. The domain stays in your own account from day one.
E-commerce, memberships, custom databases and complex booking systems are not included in these packages. We will scope and price them separately before work starts.
Questions worth asking
Not unless you ask for something outside the agreed package. If the scope changes, you will see and approve the exact additional cost before any extra work begins.
A page is a separate part of the website with its own address, such as Home, About, Services or Contact. A long one-page website can contain several sections while still counting as one page.
You can provide finished copy or rough notes. Shaping, shortening and improving your supplied material is included. If you need original copy written from a blank page, it is £150 per page.
Yes. The £295 Logo Starter includes two initial design routes, two rounds of revisions, useful logo variations, a colour palette, type choices, a favicon and a proper file pack. It is a practical identity for a small business, not an open-ended corporate branding exercise.
No. The £180 annual care plan is optional. We can hand the finished website over or help move it later. Your domain remains yours either way.
A one-page site normally takes one to two weeks. A five-page site normally takes two to three weeks. This starts once the brief and the material we need are ready.
No. It gives search engines a clean, understandable website to index. Ongoing SEO campaigns and guaranteed rankings are not included, because nobody can honestly guarantee where Google will place a website.
